Reserve a Side of Beef

We will have a half of a steer available late November.

*Approximately 450 pounds of meat, we can provide a cut sheet for you or you can give your cut sheet directly to the butcher. 

*Beef is $5.50 / pound, + cutting and wrapping .95¢/ pound + $65 flat fee. = approx. total $2,967.50

* $1,100 Deposit required to reserve. Once we schedule a date for butchering, the half will need to be paid for in full. Purchaser will need to pick up frozen beef from our farm on scheduled pick up date. (this is about a two week turn around from initial butchering) We have no way of holding this quantity of meat.
