This is Milk House Roastery's mission to source the best raw coffee from family run farms around the globe. We then carefully roast those beans in small batches here, at our family farm in Marcellus–NY.

We understand crop and livestock husbandry on a small scale – this ethos is reflected in the care and craft that goes into procuring and roasting each bean.
